Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 17, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Paekos Enterprises Ltd (“Infuzze”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit infuzze-games.com or contact us through it. The website is aimed at businesses — venue owners, operators and distributors — who are interested in our gaming terminals, games and software.

It does not cover data processed by operators through our products in their venues; that processing is governed by separate agreements.

1. Who is responsible

Paekos Enterprises Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of Cyprus under number HE 482484, Efesou 9, Paralimni 5280, Ammochostos, Cyprus, is the controller of the personal information described here. Infuzze is a brand of Paekos Enterprises Ltd.

For any privacy question or request, write to privacy@infuzze-games.com.

  • the US state of your business, the type of business and how many machines you are interested in;
  • for distributors, your company name and any message you write;
  • the language of the page you used and, if you opt in, your consent to receive marketing emails.

Information collected automatically:

  • technical data our web server records to deliver the site and keep it secure, such as IP address, browser type and the time of a request;
  • the address of the page you sent the form from and campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters), so we know which campaign brought you;
  • your preferences stored in your own browser (see the Cookie Policy).

We do not ask for sensitive personal information and we do not use advertising cookies. Payment details are never collected on this website.

4. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with parties that help us run the website and our business, under contracts that limit their use of it:

  • our hosting provider, which runs the server and data centre the website lives on;
  • our team messaging and email tools, which deliver incoming requests to our staff;
  • our customer relationship management (CRM) system;
  • professional advisers, and authorities where the law requires it;
  • a buyer or successor if our business is reorganised or sold.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

5. International transfers

We are established in the European Union (Cyprus) and work mainly with businesses in the United States, so personal information may be transferred between the EU and the US and processed by our service providers in other countries. When personal information leaves the European Economic Area, we rely on appropriate safeguards: the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified under it, or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

6. How long we keep it

  • Requests and related correspondence: up to 24 months after our last contact, or longer while we have a business relationship with you.
  • Marketing consent: until you withdraw it.
  • Server logs (IP address, browser, time and page of a request): up to 30 days, then deleted automatically.
  • Spam protection data is held only in server memory for a few minutes.

7. Your rights under the GDPR

Because we are established in the European Union, the GDPR applies to our processing of personal information, wherever you are. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, restrict or object to its use, or receive it in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. We reply within one month.

You also have the right to complain to our lead supervisory authority, the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy), or to the data protection authority where you live or work.

8. Your rights in US states

Residents of California and other states with consumer privacy laws (for example Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas and Oregon) may have the right to:

  • know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and get a copy of it;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • delete their personal information;
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising — we do neither;
  • not be treated differently for exercising these rights.

In the last 12 months we collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email, phone), professional information (company and type of business), geolocation at state level (the state you select) and limited internet activity (the page and campaign that brought you). We collect them from you and from your browser, for the purposes in section 3, and disclose them only to the service providers in section 4.

To make a request, email privacy@infuzze-games.com. We will verify your request using the contact details we hold. You may use an authorised agent. If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision.

9. Your privacy choices

You can change your cookie choices at any time through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

We honour Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of analytics and marketing.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails with the link in each email or by writing to privacy@infuzze-games.com.

10. Children

This website is intended for adults acting for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

11. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), limited access for our team and providers with appropriate security measures. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version. Significant changes will be highlighted on the website.
